Fifty years ago today, Sir @PaulMcCartney announced that he was no longer working with @TheBeatles. Although speculation had been rife for the previous six months, confirmation that the group was no more came as a shock to many. ⁣ ⁣ The Fab Four’s prolific success will never be forgotten, celebrating an incredible period of creativity with thirteen official albums in seven years, and their legacy remaining deeply attached to Abbey Road Studios where they recorded the majority of their work.
